Paris Eternal shared some good news with fans as the free-agent season rolls on in the Overwatch League, announcing Monday that four players will return for the 2022 season along with the promotion of assistant coach Dae-han “JMac” Choi to head coach.
Danish players, DPS Nikolai “Naga” Dereli and main tank Daniel “Daan” Scheltema, and supports Emir “Kaan” Okumus of Germany and Frenchman Arthur “dridro” Szanto will return for the 2022 season.
The Eternal announced their return on social media, writing, “Building off the success of our 2021 season we are delighted to welcome @dridroT_T, @NagaEz, @Daan_ow and @Kaan_OW back to the team for 2022.”

Last week, Paris released three of its players — DPS players Samir “Tsuna” Ikram and Stefan “Onigod” Fiskerstrand as well as off-tank Ilari “Vestola” Vestola. Head coach Zouheir “GetAmazed” Baba was also released.
Paris Eternal finished the 2021 season ranked eighth in the West with an 8-8 record.
