Left-hander Kyle Harrison was officially reinstated from the injured list in time to start for the San Francisco Giants against the host Cleveland Guardians on Saturday.

Harrison, 22, went on the 15-day injured list on June 16 with a right ankle sprain. He did not participate in a rehab assignment and reportedly will not face any restrictions when he takes the mound Saturday afternoon.

Harrison is 4-3 with a 3.96 ERA in 14 starts this season for the Giants, who are 10 games out of first place in the National League West.

In corresponding moves, right-hander Spencer Bivens and infielder David Villar were optioned to Triple-A Sacramento.

The Giants also called up left-hander Kolton Ingram, 27, from Double-A Richmond to add a fresh arm in the bullpen. Ingram went 5 1/3 innings over five appearances for the Los Angeles Angels last season but has since had a rocky road, finding himself a member of six different organizations since February due to a series of waiver claims.
