NHL: Islanders sign F Anthony Duclair to 4-year contract

The New York Islanders signed forward Anthony Duclair to a four-year contract on Monday.

Financial terms were not announced but the deal is worth a reported $14 million.

Duclair, 28, posted 42 points (24 goals, 18 assists) in 73 games with San Jose and Tampa Bay this past season.

The Isles will mark his ninth team in 11 years.

Duclair has 303 career points (146 goals, 157 assists) in 563 games.

The New York Rangers selected Duclair in the third round of the 2013 draft before trading him away in March 2015.

Duclair’s best season came in Florida, where he tallied 31 goals and 27 assists during the 2021-22 season.
