Three-star cornerback Terrance “Deuce” Edwards verbally committed to West Virginia on Saturday.

Edwards chose the Mountaineers over Virginia Tech and Michigan State.

“I’m going to West Virginia University because when I’m there, it just feels like I belong,” Edwards told Rivals.com. “It gives me that home feel and is a place I can grow and develop on and off the field. I knew it was the place for me after my official visit.”

Edwards, who attends Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond, Va., is rated as the No. 14 player in the state of Virginia.

Edwards visited Morgantown two weekends ago and took a trip to Virginia Tech last weekend. He is no longer taking his planned trip to Michigan State.
