Matt Boldy scored the winning goal 3:50 into overtime to lift the Minnesota Wild to a 4-3 victory over the Nashville Predators on Sunday afternoon in Saint Paul, Minn.

Jonas Brodin, Kirill Kaprizov and Ryan Hartman also scored for Minnesota, which improved to 3-0-1 in its past four games. Boldy had two assists to go along with his goal.

Mark Jankowski, Luke Evangelista and Ryan O’Reilly each scored for Nashville. By forcing overtime, the Predators earned at least one point for their 12th game in a row (10-0-2).

Wild goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 27 of 30 shots to earn his 14th win of the season and the 558th victory of his career.

Juuse Saros turned aside 29 of 33 shots in the overtime loss.

Minnesota opened the scoring 3:16 into the first period. Brodin punched in a rebound for his seventh goal of the season.

Nashville evened the score at 1-1 at the nine-minute mark of the first. After the Wild failed to clear the puck out of their defensive zone, Kiefer Sherwood slid a pass to Jankowski, who buried a one-timer for his third goal.

The Predators took a 2-1 lead with 16:24 left in the second period. Evangelista scored for the third game in a row and improved his season total to a career-high 14 goals.

The Wild pulled even at 2-2 on Kaprizov’s team-leading 31st goal with 1:18 to go in the second. Minnesota was on the power play when Saros stopped a flurry of shots, and Kaprizov chased after a loose puck and knocked it in from the front of the crease.

Hartman put Minnesota on top 3-2 with 7:32 remaining in the third period. The veteran forward intercepted a Predators pass at center ice, sprinted in for a breakaway and turned to his backhand to beat Saros for his 16th goal.

Nashville tied it 3-3 on the power play with 2:02 to go in regulation. O’Reilly notched his 24th goal of the season and his fourth in the past six games.
