After producing a 3-2 win over 76ers GC, DUX fell 3-2 to Heat Check Gaming.

Last year’s 3v3 losing finalist, Pistons Gaming, also started their campaign with a win and a loss. They downed Magic Gaming 3-1 but fell by the same score to Hornets Venom GT.

The Hornets, Lakers Gaming and the Gen.G Tigers all registered two victories on Thursday.

In addition to the win over the Pistons, the Hornets edged NBL Oz Gaming 3-2. The Lakers Gaming squeezed past Jazz Gaming 3-2 before beating Warriors Gaming Squad 3-1. The Tigers posted 3-2 wins over both the Magic and NBL.
