Northwestern senior guard Ty Berry will miss the remainder of the season after sustaining a torn meniscus, coach Chris Collins announced Wednesday.

Berry was injured during the first half of the Wildcats’ 80-68 victory at Nebraska last Wednesday.

Berry averaged 11.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 23 games (all starts) this season for Northwestern.

The Wildcats (17-7, 8-5 Big Ten) return to action against Rutgers (13-10, 5-7) on Thursday in Piscataway, N.J.
