NBA: Pistons G Cade Cunningham (knee) exits vs. Nuggets

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham left Sunday night’s game at the Denver Nuggets with a left knee strain.

Cunningham suffered the injury in the second quarter and was ruled out later. He scored three points on 1-of-6 shooting before exiting.

Cunningham, the first overall pick in the 2021 draft, came into Sunday averaging 23.4 points, 7.4 assists and 4.1 rebounds.
