The Jacksonville Jaguars activated wide receiver Christian Kirk off injured reserve on Saturday and placed wideout/kick returner Jamal Agnew on IR.

Kirk, who has been sidelined since undergoing core muscle surgery, remains questionable and is a game-time decision for Sunday’s game against the host Tennessee Titans. He began his 21-day practice window on Wednesday.

Kirk was injured in Jacksonville’s “Monday Night Football” loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13 and placed on injured reserve Dec. 8.

In 12 games this season, Kirk has 57 receptions for 787 yards and three touchdowns. A big-ticket free agent prior to the 2022 season, Kirk has 141 receptions for 1,895 yards and 11 touchdowns in 29 games with Jacksonville.

Kirk, 27, caught three passes for 48 yards in the first matchup with the Titans on Nov. 19.

He is third on the team in receptions and targets behind tight end Evan Engram (104 receptions, 130 targets) and wide receiver Calvin Ridley (70 receptions, 126 targets).

Agnew sustained a fractured lower left leg during Sunday’s 26-0 victory over the Carolina Panthers.

Agnew, 28, coming off a Pro Bowl campaign in 2022, averaged 10.3 yards on punt returns and 26.1 yards per kick return this season. He also had 14 catches for 225 yards and a touchdown in 11 games (one start) at wide receiver.

Agnew missed four games earlier this season with a shoulder injury before sustaining the leg injury.

Agnew has six career returns for touchdowns, four on punts and two on kickoffs. He has 77 career receptions for 746 yards and five TDs. He was named All-Pro after his rookie season in Detroit.

The Jaguars (9-7) can clinch the AFC South with a win on Sunday. The Jags are currently the fourth seed in the AFC and have not clinched a playoff berth yet.
