Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich was activated from injured reserve prior to Thursday night’s road game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Broncos also signed wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey to the practice squad and elevated him along with nose tackle Tyler Lancaster to the active roster for Thursday’s game.
Dulcich had his 21-day practice window opened earlier this week and was listed as questionable. He was a limited participant in Tuesday’s practice and turned in a full session Wednesday.
Dulcich, 23, had two catches for 22 yards before sustaining the injury in Denver’s 17-16 season-opening loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Sept. 10.
The Broncos selected Dulcich in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft out of UCLA. He tallied 33 catches for 411 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games (six starts) during his rookie season.
Humphrey, 25, has four catches for 26 yards and one touchdown in five games in his first season with the Broncos. In parts of five seasons with the New Orleans Saints (2019-21), New England Patriots (2022) and the Broncos, Humphrey has 22 catches for 341 yards and four touchdowns.
Lancaster, 28, has yet to play for the Broncos after appearing in 59 games (21 starts) with the Green Bay Packers (2018-21). He has 110 tackles, 1.5 sacks, one pass defended, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
