Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young returned to practice Wednesday after testing his tender ankle.

Multiple reports said the No. 1 overall draft pick was a full participant in Wednesday’s session.

It’s a good sign that Young is on track to be under center when the Panthers (0-3) host the Minnesota Vikings (0-3) on Sunday.

He did not practice at all last week. Veteran Andy Dalton started and passed for 361 yards and two touchdowns in a 37-27 loss at Seattle.

Young, 22, passed for a combined 299 yards with two TDs and two picks in Carolina’s losses to Atlanta and New Orleans.
