Giancarlo Stanton and Oswaldo Cabrera homered on Saturday to help the visiting New York Yankees down the Pittsburgh Pirates 6-3.

Estevan Florial added a two-run single and Austin Wells had an RBI double for the Yankees (76-73), who have won the first two games of the three-game set. New York has also won six of its last seven games overall.

Pittsburgh cut into its deficit in the bottom of the first. Ji Hwan Bae walked to open the inning and Reynolds followed with his 22nd homer of the season.

Stanton led off the third with his 24th homer to up New York’s lead to 4-2.

The Pirates got a run back in the bottom of the third. Ke’Bryan Hayes led off with a double to left center. He went to third on Jack Suwinski’s groundout and scored on Rodriguez’s sacrifice fly to right, pulling Pittsburgh within 4-3.

In the sixth, Judge drew a one-out walk. Torres doubled down the line in left, moving Judge to third. Judge scored on a wild pitch by reliever Hunter Stratton to put New York up 5-3.
