Minnesota Lynx guard Rachel Banham is out indefinitely with a fractured right thumb.

The injury will not require surgery, the Lynx said Thursday, and Banham will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks.

Banham, 30, injured her hand during a July 9 game against the Las Vegas Aces.

Through 20 games (one start) this season, she is averaging 5.5 points, 1.9 assists and 1.3 rebounds.

Drafted No. 4 overall by Connecticut in 2016, Banham has career averages of 5.2 points and 1.5 assists in 210 games (12 starts) with the Sun (2016-19) and Lynx.
