Jake Paul is expected to continue increasing the level of his competition in the ring following his victory over Anderson Silva on Saturday night.
Nate Diaz has been installed as the +175 favorite by SportsBetting.ag to be Paul’s next opponent, followed by Tommy Fury (+500) and Uriah Hall (+700).
Paul, 25, called out Diaz and Canelo Alvarez following his victory by unanimous decision over the 47-year-old Silva on Saturday. The sportsbook made Paul the -260 favorite in a potential bout against Diaz (+200).
Silva, a UFC legend who dropped to 3-2 in the ring, was the first fighter with a winning record that Paul has defeated. Paul is now 6-0 with four knockouts, with the YouTuber-turned-boxer’s previous opponents including former MMA fighters Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.
Paul has been steadily working to step up his level of opponent in the ring. Before announcing the Silva fight, Paul had scheduled fights against Tyson Fury and Hasim Rahman Jr. fall apart.
Diaz was in attendance at Saturday’s fight, and Paul called him out afterward.
Like Silva, Diaz is a UFC legend, having fought for the organization for more than 15 years, including a 2016 victory over Conor McGregor. He is a decade younger than Silva.
While Paul also called out Alvarez, Dmitry Bivol II was installed as the +100 favorite to be the Mexican superstar’s next opponent.
